You will conduct structured counselling sessions anchored in DIL's assessment reports, interpret results for clients, and translate data-driven insight into practical guidance and action plans.

This is a partner-led, entrepreneurial engagement: you bring your counselling expertise and client relationships; DIL brings the assessment IP, technology platform, report generation, and training. You operate as an independent professional — building your own practice under the DIL banner — while retaining full flexibility over your caseload, schedule, and mode of delivery.
