This program prepares Decision Intelligence Lab (DIL) partner counsellors to deliver applied counselling — career, relationship/family, and corporate — using DIL's proprietary assessment suite. It blends psychological grounding, hands-on assessment-tool training, and supervised practicum, so that every certified partner can run a complete, ethical, and evidence-informed client engagement end-to-end. Target Audience ● Practising or aspiring career counsellors, relationship/family counsellors, psychologists, HR professionals, and coaches joining DIL as freelance partner counsellors. Program Outcomes ● Administer and interpret DIL's assessment suite accurately and ethically. ● Run structured counselling sessions across career, relationship/family, and corporate contexts. ● Apply core counselling micro-skills, motivational interviewing, and crisis-triage judgement. ● Operate the DIL partner engagement model — onboarding, billing, documentation, and referrals. ● Demonstrate integrated competence through supervised live practicum cases. Delivery Mode Blended — self-paced e-learning for conceptual modules, live cohort sessions for skills-building and role-play, and a supervised practicum in the final two weeks. Live sessions are conducted virtually to accommodate partners across locations. Certification Outcome ● Partners who meet all thresholds are certified as 'DIL Certified Applied Counsellor' and onboarded to the live client roster. ● Partners who fall short on a specific component may retake that component's assessment once, within 2 weeks, before re-evaluation.
