4. Non-Refundable Cases

Coaching/counselling session already conducted

Course content accessed or downloaded

Change of mind after purchase

Dissatisfaction due to subjective expectations

Partial usage of services
5. Rescheduling Policy
For coaching or counselling sessions:

Rescheduling allowed if requested at least 24 hours prior

Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable and non-reschedulable
